Nike’s studios in LA needed a consistent way to apply a complex set of metadata across over a dozen sets. Each shot needed not only crew information, but had to be tagged with the model, the product size to capture fit, along with prop SKUs to help identify all images a product appeared in.
At the beginning of each day the application would automatically read crew information from a central server, allowing production to easily manage any number of sets. As the digital tech on set scans QR codes with model information a local database is built for quickly selecting the models throughout the day.
Icon Metadata integrates with Capture One to write metadata ensuring the correct metadata is ready for each shot. To help make the workflow seamless the application can be brought to the foreground with a global keyboard shortcut.
